Well, it's really late, or really early, depending on how you look at it, but we had a great day up in Albany, GA at the drag strip. Here are a few pics of some cool cars we saw.

Well, the cold is coming, so it was time to harvest the great watermelon crop!

We had a great, relaxing day that included a beautiful walk on the beach and putting up our Christmas tree (somewhat early, but it's pretty and I love it!!!)

I'm about a week behind on this post, but it took a while to sort through all my photos.  Last Thursday-Sunday I was on an epic four day field trip visiting colleges, historic sites, and museums with 29 students from my school.  Here are a few pics. from our journey.  They included cannons from Castillo de San Marcos, a monument to Ponce de Leon, a working sundial fountain on Flagler's campus, a snake made of nails at Stetson, an awesome poster from Full Sail, a selfie with Ben Franklin, an artistic quote on a building at Florida Southern, the inside view of Florida Polytechnic's dome, an experiment from MOSI, and a snap of my favorite part, which was when my Mamma met us for dinner on our way home!  It was a ton of fun and we all learned a lot.

Today started with a nice viewing of the lunar eclipse (through dense fog), then after work I had a scenic bike ride that ended with watching the moon rise.  Now Michael is in the kitchen cooking up some crabs from a late night jaunt through the bay.

We went for another clam digging adventure today, and I got one! Sadly, it was our only one, so we let him go.

We watched a beautiful sunset today over Alligator Harbor while on a clam digging quest.  (We also got a couple good clams, which were yummy!)

I'm a day or so late on posting these, but yesterday we checked out the scenery at Bald Point State Park.  It was beautiful!

More storms today... I caught a couple lightning strikes on our drive home from the doctors.

We bought a delicious watermelon last week, and we saved the seeds to plant in the garden (which is being over taken by grass right now).  Yesterday, these sprouts had popped up, so maybe we will have some juicy fruits in a few months!

Michael found another turtle in the yard this morning. So cute!

Today's adventure led us to the Crooked River Lighthouse in Carabelle, FL. It was awesome and we had a wonderful time!

A beautiful moth buddy fluttered into the house, so we caught and released him back outside.

We found a buddy in the ditch today going after some fish scraps.  Happy Earth Day Eve!

We went out looking for flounder, and the tide was really low.  In the shallow cuts between sandbars finger mullet and other small to medium bait fish were jumping as usual when we saw a monster fin break the surface. Michael went to check it out and realized it was this beautiful trout who inadvertently swam into a very shallow area. Needless to say, there was an epic hand-to-fin battle whereas Michael prevailed victoriously. When I posed for this picture, I looked in his mouth and saw a tail, which turned out to be a freshly eaten hand sized sand trout.

My bike was wrecked four months ago. Today she is back together... not perfect, but she runs, drives, and now belongs to someone else. Good bye Roki, its been fun, but its time to move on.

Love Kitty is thoroughly amused with jumping in and out of the open window on this beautiful day.

Yesterday was our 7th wedding anniversary. I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ him!

Michael got me these fabulous earrings and a matching necklace. He is so sweet and always full of surprises :-)

Soooo.... My great potato harvest of last year sprouted in the cereal bowl they have been sitting in since they were dug up.  Today I planted them in my garden.  Let's see how they do this year!

Michael got a new bike last weekend so I had to get a new helmet.  (Pinky smashed into the pavement in October, saving my buddy's life while sacrificing any further functionality.)  This weekend has sported some nice riding weather for us, along with an awesome day trip to see my mommy!

We got a Valentine's Day package from my mommy! Feeling so loved! Thank you! ♥♥♥

We have sunshine! Spending time outside sighting in a new scope. Surprisingly, my celery is thriving despite the cold weather we have been experiencing.

Winter Storm Leon brought us two snow days, actual snow, sleet, and hail. I managed to snap this awesome pic of an iced spider web!

This weekend's adventures entailed a birthday visit to my brother, tinkering with my mom's gizmos, and a scenic stop along the Suwanee River.
